The owners and founders of A&R Pest Control started their careers in 2016 as entry-level pest control technicians for a large, well-known company.

What began as a job quickly became a passion for understanding the industry and learning how pest problems could be solved more effectively.

Within a few years, both pushed themselves to advance into "Master Technician" roles, taking on greater responsibility, assisting with technician training, and developing a deeper understanding of pest management and Integrated Pest Management (IPM).

Running 18–25 stops a day taught them an important lesson: pest control should never be a numbers game.

Every pest problem is different.

There is no single solution that works for every customer, every property, and every situation.

From there, they took different paths to expand their knowledge of the industry.

One moved into management, gaining experience in the business, financial, operational, and licensing side of pest control.

The other focused heavily on the technical side—researching products, treatment methods, and combinations designed to provide effective, efficient, and fast-acting results.

After years of developing their experience from both sides of the industry, they decided to build something of their own.
